line reduction principle
The connection line should be simplified, as short as possible, with as few turns as possible, and strive to make the line simple and clear, especially in high-frequency circuits. Of course, there are exceptions for lines that require special extensions to achieve impedance matching, such as serpentine wiring.
Principles of Safe Current Carrying
The width of the copper wire should be designed according to the current it can carry. The current carrying capacity of the copper wire depends on the following factors: wire width, wire thickness < copper platinum thickness), allowable temperature rise, etc. The following table gives the relationship between copper wire width, wire area and conduction current (military standard). Based on this basic relationship, the wire width can be properly considered.

The relevant calculation formula is: where:

K is the correction coefficient, generally 0.024 is taken for the inner layer of copper-clad wire, and 0.048 is taken for the outer layer; T is the maximum temperature rise, the unit is ℃;
A is the cross-sectional area of the copper-clad wire in mil (not mm, note); l is the maximum allowable current in A.
