3. Direct soldering between PCBs
This method is often used for the connection between two printed boards at an angle of 90 degrees.
二. Connector connection method
In more complex instruments and equipment, connectors are often used for connection. It not only guarantees the mass production quality of products and reduces system cost, but also provides convenience for debugging and maintenance.
1. Printed board socket: This connection method is often used in more complex instruments and equipment. This method is to make a printed plug from the edge of the PCB, and the plug part is designed according to the size of the socket, the number of contacts, the distance between the contacts, and the position of the positioning hole. Make it match the special socket.
2. Standard pin connection
This method is used for the external connection of PCB boards; when two PCB boards are connected through standard pins, they are generally in a parallel or vertical state, which is easy to achieve mass production.
