Printed circuit board (PCB), also known as circuit board, is an important electronic component and is known as the "mother of electronic components". The following is the common sense of PCB circuit boards that PCB people must understand:

1. The traditional circuit board is to print the circuit diagram and drawing of the circuit by printing resist, so it is called printed circuit board and printed circuit board. At present, most of the circuit boards are attached to the attached anti-corrosion agent (stack or coating), and the etching of the circuit board can only be carried out after exposure and development.

2. Circuit boards are divided into single-panel, double-panel and multi-layer boards. On the most basic PCB, parts are concentrated on one side, and wires are concentrated on the other side. This PCB is called a single panel. The double-sided board has copper clad and traces on both sides, and the lines between the two layers can be conducted through via holes to form the required network connection. A multi-layer board refers to a printed board that has more than three layers of conductive pattern layers and insulating materials in between and are laminated at intervals, and the conductive patterns are interconnected as required.

3. The circuit board is mainly composed of pads, through holes, mounting holes, wires, components, connectors, fillers, electrical boundaries, etc. The main functions of each component are as follows;
(1) Pad: A metal hole for soldering components.
(2) Through holes: including metal through holes and non-metal through holes, wherein metal through holes are used to connect pins between components of each layer.
(3) Mounting hole: used to fix the circuit board.
(4) Conductor: Copper film network used to connect component pins.
(5) Connector: Used to connect components between circuit boards.
(6) Filler: Applying copper wire to the grounding network can effectively reduce the impedance.
(7) Electrical boundary: used to determine the size of the circuit board.
NOTE: All components on the board must not exceed the boundaries.

4. The working principle of the printed circuit board is: use the base insulating material to isolate the conductive layer of the surface copper foil, so that the current flows along the pre-designed route in various components to complete such as work, amplification, attenuation, modulation, Demodulation, encoding and other functions.
