If the quality of raw materials cannot be guaranteed, various problems may occur in the manufactured PCB boards, such as blistering, delamination, cracking, board warping, uneven thickness, etc. Therefore, raw materials must be strictly controlled to provide guarantee for subsequent production.
While ensuring the quality of raw materials, we must also pay attention to possible problems in the production process. Every process in the production process must be inspected and inspected to ensure that each process has operating procedures, so as to facilitate the overall control of PCB quality.
After the production is completed, sampling inspection must be carried out. Although quality inspections have been carried out in the raw materials and production process, there are still defects caused by various reasons. Therefore, after the production of PCB boards is completed, it is necessary to carry out sampling inspection on the entire batch of PCB boards. As long as the sampling pass rate reaches the standard, it is allowed to leave the factory. If the passing rate of random inspection does not meet the standard, full inspection and maintenance must be carried out, and you must be responsible for the quality of each PCB board that leaves the factory.
