High-frequency circuit board refers to a special circuit board with high electromagnetic frequency. It is used in PCBs in the fields of high frequency (frequency greater than 30OMHZ or wavelength less than 1 meter) and microwave (frequency greater than 3GHZ or wavelength less than 0.1 meter). Copper-clad laminates are circuit boards produced by using part of the manufacturing process of ordinary rigid circuit boards or by special processing methods. Generally speaking, a high-frequency board can be defined as a circuit board with a frequency above 1GHz.
High-frequency circuit boards are one of the most difficult boards, so what are the requirements for the production of high-frequency circuit boards?

一.drilling
1. The drilling feed rate should be slow, the speed is 180/S, and a new drill bit should be used, with aluminum sheets on the upper and lower sides, preferably single PNL drilling, and the hole should not be exposed to water;
2. The sinking copper circuit of the grinding board is made the same as the normal double-sided board;
3. Special attention: High-frequency circuit boards do not need to remove slag.

2. Solder mask
1. If the high-frequency circuit board needs to be printed with green oil on the base material, the green oil should be printed twice (to prevent the green oil from foaming on the base material); the board should not be ground before it is etched and stripped of tin, but can only be air-dried.
2. If the high-frequency circuit board needs to be grounded with green oil, it is not allowed to grind the board before the solder mask, and the red stamp will be stamped in the MI.
3. If the high-frequency circuit board needs to print green oil on some substrates and not print green oil on some substrates, a "priming film" is required. The priming film only retains the green oil on the substrate, and then the second The second normal production.

3. HASL
Before spraying tin, it should be baked at 150 degrees for 30 minutes before spraying tin.

4. Line Tolerance
The unrequired line width tolerance is ±0.05mm, and it is made according to customer requirements.

5. Plate
To use the specified sheet see requirements. Because the price of the board is more expensive, only 1PNL can be opened and only 1PNL can be opened.
