powerpcb: Steps to reduce multi-layer board to two-layer board
Some powerpcb files cannot be reduced in normal mode, I will tell you a method to reduce from a multi-layer board to a two-layer board;
In the first step, in the layer definition under Setup, define the layer definition (Electrical LayerType) of GND and VCC as No Plane, and exit with OK;
The second step is to delete all blind buried holes in Pad Stacks under Setup, OK to exit;
The third step is to close the top layer and bottom layer in Display Colors under Setup, leaving only the middle two layers;
The fourth step is to enter the ECO mode;
The fifth step, right mouse button, Select Traces/Pins;
The sixth step, right mouse button, Select All;
The seventh step is to delete all the hole pairs under Drill pairs under setup;
The eighth step, select Export under the menu bar File, save, click SELECTAll in the ASCIlOUTPUT dialog box, do not select PCB parameters;
Finally, create a new file under powerpcb and import the file just saved.
