About Parallel PCB Design Principles
The increase in PCB routing complexity coupled with the increase in signal rate in PCB design leads to better results than traditional serial processes (Figure 1). It has been a common practice to isolate the research and selection of components to the design process as well as the entry of the schematic, simulation, and placement and routing phases. Therefore, it is best for design engineers to choose tools and processes that facilitate data sharing, which is the only way geographically dispersed design teams can take advantage of parallel work and shorten the overall design cycle.

2. Design creation
During the design-build phase, engineers finalize devices and generate libraries for them, which in turn speeds up schematic entry. At this stage, the design engineer evaluates and selects the building blocks and can search the manufacturer's website for data sheets and specifications. A better approach is to select the device directly during the schematic entry process. This process can be used as a testing method by implementing the input of the schematic diagram.
