Composition of PCB circuit board
A complete PCB is mainly composed of the following five parts
Absolute green substrate: generally made of phenolic paper base, epoxy paper base or epoxy glass cloth.
Copper foil surface: The copper foil surface is the main body of the PCB. It consists of exposed pads and copper foil lines covered with green oil. The pads are used for soldering electronic devices.
Solder resist layer: used to protect copper foil circuit, made of ultra-high temperature resistant solder resist.
Character layer: It is used to mark the numbers and symbols of electronic devices, which is conducive to circuit identification during PCB production and processing.
Holes: used for substrate processing and electronic device assembly. Equipment installation, and the connection between copper foil lines in different aspects.
The function of PCB circuit board
