Briefly introduce a faster and more economical and practical PCB board welding technology to everyone. The PCB patch generally follows this workflow:

The method steps described above are mainly applicable to PCB circuit boards with many electronic components on the PCB. Friends who are soldering mainstream plug-in components should not use the above methods.

In the first step, when making circuit boards, there is no doubt that a stencil needs to be opened. When it comes to this open steel mesh, as far as I know, there are different price points. For example, there are ordinary corroded stencils and laser ones. Considering the price factor, the laser is of course much more expensive. For example, the double-sided steel mesh I opened is only about 70RMB per piece, but the laser steel mesh is about 20ORMB. I haven't used laser yet, and I can't say what are the advantages, but the corrosion effect seems to be quite good.

In the next step, fix the position of the steel mesh with a steel mesh frame
After the stencil is placed correctly, the circuit board is put in immediately. After that, we have to pay attention to manually adjust the specific position of the circuit board, so that the pad is aligned with the position of the hole on the stencil. After aligning the position of the hole, the next step is to brush the tin. Pour the solder paste on the stencil, and use a flat spatula to evenly distribute the solder paste on the aperture of the pad (observe whether there is any part that has not been brushed)

After the solder paste is brushed, we need to carefully paste the electronic components one by one with a camera. After all the electronic components are glued to their positions, we can place the circuit board in the reflow soldering machine for soldering.
After the circuit board passes through the reflow soldering machine, all the electronic components on the circuit board are soldered to the board. As shown in the pictures listed, how is the effect? ​​At least it is much more beautiful than the hand-soldered one. In addition, it is necessary to manually carry out quality inspection and instrument testing, and this is the real end.
